Ai enemy not going into chase player after first attack

After first attack Ai goes into idle and stays there. 
After first attack Ai somehow its line trace "bounce" to the side of the player character instead of aiming directly towards the player.

My blueprint got an Access none error where it calls set actor rotation
from both the enemy and the player character. 

Well thats the issues. Still trying to solve it, kinda hard when you haven't experienced this previously and there's really no where to turn about this issue except to ask.
