Weird artefacts around exported textures

Hi,
I have a weird problem with exported textures in Substance Painter.
It's not affecting the model, but around the UV edges are weird artefacts or what.
It looks really ugly, is there a way to fix it?
I use Cinema 4D and .fbx export.

This is the dilation and it's normal, it won't affect the part of the texture that's visible and will eliminate artefacts when using mipmaps.
