Frag fest's on PC for the most part. Specifically military FFS's and SIM's eg: CoD WW1/WW2, BF, ARMA...etc with a bit of Counter-Strike too keep my eye in.
Recently started modern warfare 2 again and wow the difference between that and WW2, very different philosophy, else Dota, overwatch and my own game mostly. The great thing about working on a shooter is that youre always very warmed up if you play another one
I'm much more of an, indie game kind of guy. Some of my favorites this year have been Beat Cop, Dynasty Feud (I'm a community manager, so maybe biased, but I've genuinely been loving it), and A Night in the Woods.
Mostly prefer RPGs and I really love a good open world type game but as they can be pretty time consuming I've been playing less of them. I've been playing Breath of the Wild at a snails' pace, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as it means the game will last me longer.
Alternatively, I've found games like Overwatch and Splatoon are great for shorter playing sessions that are very fun.
mostly RPGs, adventures, some action RPG - recently Tyranny, Thimbleweed Park, Her Majesty's Spiffing, Torment and AC Origins. I Just got two left thumbs when it comes to FPS and platformers
Magic the gathering on tabletop sim mainly, I enjoy the creativity of deck construction and interacting with the same group ive played with for a few years.
other then my friday night card sessions and the like I have little time for videogames and tend to get bored after 20 minutes I used to really enjoy grand strat AOE, civ, Total war was a huge one for me but due to time constraints I largely place upon myself I go for quick fix gaming so I play more games like:
warhammer vermintide, as the missions are fun a short challenge and I can be done in half an hour.
Mount and blade fire and sword, I just really like shooting muskets, and can be done within an hour too.
Crossout: awesome free game, I enjoy constructing vehicles then once again short jump in and out battles
During the weekend I sometimes play some story driven game one you can usually do over a weekend, currently playing bioshock remastered, I like a story game I can do in under 40 hrs (dragon age origin, mass effect 2, GTA 5 etc)
as for Mobile games if im stuck in a waiting room I like to play infinite loop game, the puzzles are fun sometimes challenging and I like the designs when they are complete, I find it relaxing.
that should be pretty much it my complete gaming rundown lol.
...I guess it's because most of us here at PC were already gamers prior or even since developing a particular area of interest in this media.
Just a further addon, I'm also into mobile casual fare...simple sidescrollers, such as the now defunct 'Flappy Bird' and the like. Anyway besides being some of the 'stickiest' games around plus in a few cases can be a nice little earner for their respective authors as well.
Just about to finish the remake of Doom. Think I'm at the final boss. I love adventure games like Uncharted, and open world exploration games like Fallout or Skyrim. Don't have much time to play though because I'm so busy working on Portfolio stuff.
Lots of PUBG lately. Its nice to just jump in a game for 30 mins then go back to work. I just finished playing through Horizon Zero Dawn's latest DLC. That game is so great, kudos to everyone who worked on it. Add me on steam if anyone wants to play PUBG. My name is "Machined Panther"

SC2 Co-op mode for some quick fun.
I stick to Singleplayer games, Metro 2033/LL, STALKER, Kenshi, Rimworld, playing through all the Witcher-games atm.
