im trying to render to texture this one piece but... v-ray is acting wierd, i can render to texture this piece with complete map and just normal lights however i have days now struggling to try find what is the problem here.
1: the vray settings i tried all i find on internet i even tried the v-ray quiq settings and still have this issue
2: i made resized my mesh tiny tiny then big big and still have this problem
3: i notice when i add smooth mesh or turbo smooth (on 4) the problem is kinda gone but i still have black holes and i cant make it higher i crash so bad
4: i notice i dont have this problem on 2013 but when i try to render is WAY WAY too slow and thats why im trying 3ds 2017 but vray no bueno
any sugestions? im out of ideeas i dont know what else i can do or what i am doing wrong
5: i even imported fbx,3ds,dae and still same result, i tried to add smooth in maya, still same, i tried to add smooth in blender and bring to max stil same problem

aslo, the materials are from Substance painter
