Hey so I've recently got into using Xnormal to bake. I was using Maya's systems before. I got one or two good bakes but after that all my results haven't looked great and I can't figure out why. Here are some screenshots:
Any idea on what I'm doing wrong?

I split the uv because I thought it was a normal bleeding issue but that wasn't it. They were not split before this try. I'm not sure what you mean by smoothing. This is my low poly and I subdivided for a high poly that I used in Xnormal. Its weird because when I bake in Maya its fine but not in Xnormal. It must be some setting difference between Maya and Xnormal.
Check when you export from Maya if you include smoothing group
