3DSmax Faiths to black when moving in viewport

Since I updated Windows for my laptop 3dsmax keeps fading in and out whenever I move my mouse in the viewport as seen in the gif below.
Does anyone know how to fix this? it's really annoying. I didn't change any settings before the Windows update.

Looks like a graphics card issue. Windows probably updated the driver to a newer versions of a windows default driver. There is probably something better from the card/laptop manufacturer. 

Laptop graphic cards aren't known for being all that robust due to size and power consumption restrictions. Even high end laptops are usually under-powered in the graphics department...
