[RIOT CREATIVE CONTEST 2017] Character - Snake Charmer Evelynn

Thought of this when I first saw the Evelynn rework. The plan is to replace her back spike thingies with snake heads instead. When she enters stealth, her head gets a cobra hood. I plan on using pants instead of a skirt, inspired by both Shantae and Juri. Unsure how many decorations I would like to add, such as tassles, hanging jewelry, scarfs, etc.
