it's time to participate in the challenge, I wanted to do this a long time ago, so I'll take it this time! I'm going to work in Dr. Mundo ... and I'm going to develop the skin of .. Madre Mundo !!! ... which will use phrases like .. "turn off that computer right now" / "already did homework?"

Yes the other sandal will be the weapon but i must switch the sandals because Mundo is left handed XD

I think A or B doesn't matter, the detail is waaaaay to subtle to be seen in game view. You should either make a big stroke in the eyebrow, or none.
Clean work on the hair cylinders, even if again, the dots are too small to not turn into unreadable noise in game.
The jaw part under the ear also seems off, I'd expect to see something straighter.

Honestly, i'd give him slippers that have a bigger more noticable form, the small poro thing won't be seen at play-distance. Maybe try something like good old pink plush bunny slippers but in poro form:)

Thanks a lot for the feedback guys !, yeah i was thinking about to change the sandals to something more bigger for the Poro face. Also i'm gonna do another jaw, i wanted to play with that shape but yeah i think it looks broken. About the cylinders i think i need to test it how it looks at the distance, but that's an easy part to play with in the textures. Thanks a lot guys !

I liked the Flip Flops, But the Poro head is hardly noticeable. I suggest removing it or go with A. Good luck

Hmmm, I think a very large poro is kinda off with character's design overall, so personally I prefer the B, a slipper like the Dona Florinda has is more comic to see Dr. Mundo throwing, and I think that suits more with the idea. Nice stuff that you have so far. I really laughed when I saw the reference sheet with Dona Florinda

I really like the skin and his sandals lol, One thing I would suggest you to change the tongue color to pink, blue doesn't look good on his face with the green mask, also it will look good with the outfit, try it out if you can. Also use a position gradient map. Good luck

Well I call this done ! ... I learned a lot from this project, I can definitely reduce the polycount much more, but I'm happy with the result. I hope you like it !

If I had any feedback to give to improve it :

Maybe the colors are a bit too bright ? It's really readable which is a good point but it doesn't feel like it belongs color wise (it's close, just needs a little bit of tweaking I think, the purple/blue could be similar to the one next to the gromp, a bit darker)
Also you could make the feet/legs progressively darker to make the character feel more grounded   it will integrate it more in the scene
