Can I add to to one of the tree views in the Shader UI?

I don't want to add a "Extra" custom shader to my project, I just want to add my custom shader to the Transparency dropdown:


Is there a UI file that I can edit to add my own or a way to override the current ui?

We do not currently have a way for users to add additional shader models, custom shaders must be loaded through the custom shader interface.
