I worked on some sketches for the patterns and designs. I feel like the old splash art needs more "gothic details" but Im going overboard just to see wich ones work and wich ones doesnt. Im also tempted to simplify her color scheme to adjust to her sister splash art Gothic Annie.
I worked on some quick thumbnails. I dont have a lot of time to work in this project until next week but I needed to get them out of my head. I am excited about this contest, Orianna is one of my favourite characters in League and Im loving every moment I am thinking about the illustration. I have tried to do some LoL fanart years ago but I never finished them. A lot of projects are very promising and even if the contest has just started I feel like Im learning so much from you people!
Hi there! I love the idea of revamping this Orianna skin and I can't wait to see where you go with this. I agree with MadameDaFunk that 2-3 are the most engaging and compelling compositions that you have here. I definitely think that the costume designs of #1 are my favorite, however, I think that the head region is a bit dull compared to the complex work you have on the chest and below. Hope this helps some...
Hmm scratch that, the more that I think about adding something to the head, the more I start to dislike the idea. I was scribbling over your art in photoshop and adding something there would've been a bit too busy. I like it as is XD

yes I felt like it was already too much detail eveywere on her design already to do more this on her head
I worked on fixing the pose and the lighting. Also added details on the arms an fixed the proportions. I had a really great time and I want to thank everyone that watched the stream
This is great! I really like the composition and lighting! I think the perspective on her legs is getting a bit lost??
Thanks for the feedback, I fixed a lot of issues on her proportions/ posture (but they ended up covered anyways ^^")
I edited the compostion and colors, It wasn´t representing the mood I was going for. Now it has a darker tone to it. Also it doesn´t feel so empty as it did before
