Building a PC for Substance Painter/Zbrush

Hey I'm pretty inexperienced with building computers, I need to build one that is capable of doing some heavy substance work as well as work with a lot of divisions in Zbrush. I'm hoping it will cost less than 2k Canadian on Black Friday. Could you help me out and suggest a build?
