I'm very happy this contest has come back for another year as the first one was a great reason for me to learn 3D Character Modeling. Here are my initial sketches for a skin concept for Udyr being a Tribal Elder style. He has different animal forms so I'll try to explore further each one in-depth.

Let me know which Facial hair/hair styles are most appealing to you.
