[Riot Creative Contest 2017] Soraka Splash Update

I was first drawn to this game for its lore, art, and music; for the first year of being a part of this game, my champion purchases were primarily influenced by only one thing: lore. As time went on, I found a champion whose lore stood out to me, all while fitting the playstyle I was looking for; a gentle healer, who sacrificed her own happiness and well being for someone she thought was truly her friend. Her splash art has been the same since I joined the Rift in the middle of 2015, and as she's had such a huge impact on my life, I'm going to update her splash. As Soraka would say, "this is my path." Let's begin.

The horse reference is for her legs, so they can be anatomically correct.
Here's the progress I have on the Splash Update for Soraka. My sketches always start out looking derpy! The pose I chose (out of all my doodles) was inspired by her transgression, and how she decided her duty from then on would be to help others in need.
Essentially, she's setting out on a mission. Inking coming soon!
