Hello,I'm glad to see this competition. I hope my work is not real, but the feeling is real. The dynamic details make people feel real. Exaggerated and gorgeous colors give people stylized feeling. I will continue to update
I absolutely love this! Great style and animation! Only thing I would suggest is the big splash, it feels like one solid thing getting larger and then shrinking down. Maybe once it reaches its peak, vary the timing of the various elements that form it a bit. The larger mass of water going straight up could maybe size down slower leaving some water falling down.
Some nice timing on the shark movement and ripples and a great idea. I like the style of the water and rings however agree with the above. Try to offset some of the elements to create a cascade of animations with cause and effect.
I had a similar idea of something different with the "projectile" and a burrowing ability so will be watching this one.
A fire attack, I plan to add complementary color at first, but then I decided to make it look more like the color of the flame, give up the complementary colors. Suggestions are welcome, such as the way of attack, the rhythm, and the color. Finally, I wish to have a happy Christmas.
I really love the smoke dissipation on the fire attack spell :O, The shark is obviously good as hell, still i think something is off with the animation of the shark, looks like he just rotate on the x Axis when he bites, you should try to animate him so he crunch himself, otherwise your arts are just insane nice job dude
The only thing I would say is that the beam down onto the caster feels like its damaging it before damaging the target. There is a conflict of language here. Other than that really punchy animation timings
Thank you for your advice, I did a version before the shark leaping out of the water, and then drill into the water, but I feel it is too light, I hope to reflect its weight, so the body appeared again took heavy water. The burning sensation of the fire will be strengthened again
I think you could add some subtle blue to the flame, to give it some dimension since fire actually has some blue if it's really hot. Maybe it's get blue-r as it continuously fire?
I also agree with floorpeas. I think the 'out' beam in the last part of the fire animation is too fast and kind of hard to register what happened. Maybe you could shorten the trail or slow it down a bit?
I submitted it. I'm very glad to see so many wonderful people. You've done a great job. I like your works very much. I hope I can talk more about that later. I will learn from you.
I submitted the MOV format, I am not sure whether this format is OK, are you all submitting MP4?
