Neko Productions is looking for a passionate 3D Rigger to work remotely.
The job requires creating rigs for realistic/cartoony 3D characters in Maya(including facial rig).
Candidates must have a strong technically oriented mindset, as well as a strong sense of human anatomy and joint placement; Experience with Maya.

Job Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality character body and facial rigs for AAA games, mobile games, TV and short films.
- Create tools to facilitate unusual workflows.
- Collaboration with animation and character teams to create setups and control rigs.

Job Requirements:
- Expert rigging with Maya.
- Expert in dynamic chains and simulations for joints(Pre-baked joint driven. Dynamic real-time would be a plus).
- Experience with unity is a big plus.
- Experience with high end rigging systems for both humans and creatures.
- Ability to rig, weight and setup controls and interface for characters, props, etc.
- Expert understanding of mesh deformation.
- Familiar with "Advanced Skeleton" auto rig.
- Some level of scripting ability with python/mel is expected, and more advanced scripting abilities are a plus.
- Must be able to work within a team, independently, and take direction.
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines.- Highly creative and detail oriented.
- Confident and motivated; looking to grow with the team.
- Flexibility; ability to work with minimum supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Solid organization skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
