[Riot 2017 Art Contest] Mafia Team

Hi guys ! 
I will do an illustration of all the mafia skins in the game(Graves, Twitch, Gragas, Miss Fortune and Jinx). I have recently watched The Sopranos and I have thought about doing some badass mobsters   . I will post my work in progress here. Here's a rough sketch.

UPDATES ! Adding more details to the sketch and trying to think about the atmosphere of the composition.

And here' s another update. I cleaned the lineart and I also added some background suggestions. And also, trying to establish the atmosphere by adding bullets in the foreground. I think I will start a black and white sketch now, trying to concentrate on the lightning and values.

Added a background and an explosion behind the characters. I will try to make a quick black and white sketch to establish the lightning (I will concentrate on the characters).  What do you think ?

I love the lighting! Perhaps Graves it's a bit too dark. The silhouette on the top and sides looks great but it gets a bit messy in the foreground (graves gun). I can't really see Jinx's face!

Overall it's awesome, I want to see more!

  Ok, I have seen your comment pretty late because I finished the black and white sketch( I don t wanna insist that much on it). But before starting the color process I will try to think about what you said and fix it. Also, Jinx's face is covered by 2 ribbons. Thank you very much for your advices and I'm glad you like it :>

Ok, I finished the black and white sketch. Didn' t stay too much on it  because I just wanted to see the overall atmosphere of the illustration. Also, I made a color layer to put some colors,making an idea about the color scheme   These 2 are pretty messy, and the color one is very desaturated, but my next step is making selections and put some flat colors. I will focus on characters first and leave the background for later. Also, I will consider some advices that GMarsilla gave me What do you think guys ?

Flat colors. Now I will start rendering, and I think I will change the background, but first I will focus on the characters.

Updates:) 
I started the rendering process and I changed the background because I didn' t succeed with the older one to make it better and to fit the characters in. Now it' s a collapsing building, and that s why I added some debris and some broken cables.  I still have some things to change that bothers me, and to put more love on the characters and starting to render the foreground. What do you think guys ?

Hey! You're doing well, go further.  I'd like to advice you to pay attention to the faces, and you diffenetly have to turn Jinx's face to the viewer.

The foreshortening on Grave gun is inconsistent. His arm clearly gets bigger to the front, but the gun doesnt follow that notion.

Here's the final image. I learned a lot doing this painting for the contest. It was a real challange for me because this is way out of my comfort zone, but I had a lot of fun Also, I want to thank you guys for the support and the advices you gave me. I hope you like it and I wish good luck to everyone because I've seen some killing entries so far !
Also, a big shout out to Riot and Polycount for organizing this awesome contest !
