Champion idea for League of Legends

So im working on this little prject for my self and i have this idea for a new champion. Ive already done the concept art for her but im having trouble with the splash art and need feedback/critque or a draw over for it

Here is the splash i had before which was a really rough design but im having some art block of what to do with it, any help would be appreciated!
