hey polycounters! I've been sketching on this guy for a couple hours. This is my very first time modeling a full alien character. Tips and critiques are welcome! Of course this is a biiiiiiiiig wip!
Concept have strong prospective distortion but still if you get measurements from mid line you can get some sort of relation between forms . My suggestion is to give him stronger back curve - looks to me that from scapula to back of his knee whole thing is C - shape , move second set of arm foreword and closer together - pecs of second set of arms are where normally costal cartilage is so this will be furthest most point on his rib cage , whole thing should be like a pyramid shape shooting to the arm insertion , move greater trochanter far apart - looks like he have wide lower hip and of course fix relations between forms

I would add that the muscle group/clavicle? of the smaller set of arms on your model is too protruding. I don't feel like the skin has anywhere to go if he moves. The head also needs work. Still too humanoid and not enough bony plate mess. Looks like you are on the right track though.

So I got some time to work on the chest area, i think i can still push the second pair of arms clavicle a bit back! Worked on the hands too, and a little on the neck area
