I have over 90 subtools in Zbrush that I need to retopo in Topogun.
To begin with, I need to export them out as independent OBJ's. How would you do that without exporting one subtool at a time?
If its impossible to do from Zbrush, Is there a way to do it from Maya?

Also, Is there a free plugin/program similar to instaLOD, polycrusher or simplygon?
I dont feel like doing retopology for hand on 90+ objects.

Appreciate the help.

I believe there is a tool under plugins>subtoolmaster>export which you can use to export multiple subtools as separate files.
As far as your other question goes, it depends on what kind of meshes or objects they are. If they're very small or completely organic you could use ZRemesher and get a good result to bake from. You can also automatic unwrap in Maya and look through the UVs to see if it will give a good enough result, but honestly UVing is just a necessary evil most of the time to get desirable results.
