    It would be easier to judge form and shadow with just a nice grey material and no polypaint.

    Yeah, just a simple zbrush material would make it easier to see what might need fixing. Is there a chance you could also take some shots of the character from a few other angles?

    Hello,
    I saw your stream where you working on this, but I dont have a twitch account so I can give you some pointers here instead :P
    The facial anatomy suits the style you are going for and turned out nicely. your arms and hands are where you need more work.
    I would suggest expanding on your reference and use some images that more accurately represent whats happening in the arms.

    Even tho your concept doesnt show it, the hands should be interacting with each other. When people have both hands back behind their heads theyre usually holding each other or resting on each other. There are also lots of details in the armour that are missing from your sculpt.

    I would recommend the course of Scott Eaton.
    (first better learn the academic drawing)
    You can also take several pictures of the character 
    from several other angles (and find a similar reference).
    You need to better study the anatomy and practiced. Good luck!
