Looking for Resume + Portfolio crits

Hello Polycount,
Hoping this is an okay place to post this. I am looking to get some feedback / critiques on my resume and portfolio. Just a little about myself; I love hand painted / stylized art and would love any job doing that type of work. However, I'm not limited to that as I'll take anything environment / prop related to get my foot in the door. The best thing I've had is a phone interview with Hi-Rez, but unfortunately it wasn't fruitful so I am looking to really update and improve myself for future endeavors.
