Help with rotating around pivot in Maya (Solved)

Hi guys, just wondering if anybody can help me figure out how to move the pivot so I can rotate the object at an angle? Thanks!

Press the Insert key to toggle the pivot movement tool, you can then move and rotate the pivot. Then press Insert again to switch back to the manipulator handle. You can also hold down 'D' to move the pivot point.
