A lot of my suggestions are really general vacation guidelines. I really can't think of many MUST SEE or MUST DO things.
The food can be really good or really mediocre, trust google reviews.
See if there's anything going on the weekend you're going, there's often big conventions or events, with after parties or related side events.
Definitely walk the strip and Fremont Street, watch the Bellagio fountains, people watch, find places from movies, etc.
The Taxi drivers and shuttles are particularly awful. Just use Uber or walk.
Enjoy the pools if that your thing. They can be some of the more relaxing places, compared to the busy streets and casinos.
There's a lot of tourist traps that aren't worth it. such as to the top of the Eiffel Tower, Heart Attack Grill, High Roller Ferris Wheel, Mob Museum.
The shows can be hit or miss, just be sure of what you are going to, and try to compare ticket prices, they vary a lot for the same show.
There was more live music than I expected, some good cover bands and 2 pieces scattered about around the edges of casinos or in bars.
There is an esports bar/casino area, I haven't been to it, but I believe they often have small tournaments and areas to play with people more casually.
Drinks are really over priced. Feel free to make a big drink in a plastic container and carry it around as you walk in and out of places.
The gun store - for $100 you can pick three guns and shoot a full clip from each. They have classes too. https://thegunstorelasvegas.com/
Tons of great restaurants. Aureole is the best I've had there (I don't usually eat in high-end restaurants) - tasting menu plus wine plus tip for two people is about $400.
Have lots of ten dollar bills in your wallet. You'll be doing a lot of tipping.
The O show (water cirque de soliel) was amazing. I was a bit skeptical about the 100 dollar price tag but was really blown away by how insanely awesome and interesting it was.
Largest observation wheel in the world which also includes:
- Happy hour during a 30-minute revolution, Las Vegas’ newest attraction with access to a full bar in your enclosed pod with audio commentary.
...a cousin, when she was on vacation with a couple of friends went for a ride and they all got hammered, mind you it took 2 or 3 turns or was it more?! can't exactly recall but her email (with attached pics) read that she was a bit disappointed not remembering the full experience seeing the sights.
cirque show, penn and teller I'd recommend the wicked spoon buffet, (the mid-priced one in brian's video) Use Uber over taxis, ask to stop at a liquor store since it'll be a gorillion times cheaper there than anywhere on the strip. don't forget to pack shorts and sunglasses If you've got money burning a hole in your pocket, casino or get some helicopter tickets to the grand canyon Also theres a pretty active rock climbing community
If you're a US citizen you can visit the Nevada nuclear test site where they conducted the original nuclear tests. You have to book in advance and pass a security screening.

Good place to get eloped, would recommend.
I'd suggest taking a look to see what acts are going on when you'll be there. I grew up in a tourist trap, but it's still fun to just go wandering.

Know when Thunder from Down Under lets out. You do not want to get caught up in a tidal wave of horny 50-something women.
Honestly if i wasn't as wasted 24/7 as I have been on my Vegas trips either for Autodesk U or just to visit, I wouldn't really like the place.

I'm not sure how close any of these are but man, the landscapes there look amazing. Seems like Red Rock is real close.
