[WIP] Old Wooden Shack

Hey guys, So it has been awhile since I have 3D modeled, so I decided to open up Blender and give it a go again.

I am making a wooden shack a old looking one, you know one you would see in a scry forest the inspiration came from nowhere it just kinda happened.

So I thought I would open a thread to show my progress and to get feed back from everyone.

So what do you think?

So far I have done the deck, Stairs and the front wall.



I will later down the road add more detail to the walls, deck and stairs eg broken boards.

I'd say the wall boards are too far apart. It would let too much wind inside and nobody would build them that far apart from each other. Also, the support beams are pretty crooked, which would be weird for support beams. Usually columns of wood this thick would remain pretty straight. I'm really digging the floor boards, would look sick if you put a rocking chair on the porch later on!

#UPDATE!

I managed to get the railing done and a sort of roof I was going to add broken parts on the roof.

You are right I shall reduce the gaps and straighten the beams!
