Text Problem in 3DS Max

Hey I'm new to 3D and I've been having a problem in 3DS Max 2018 where most of the UI text is cut off. I figured it was because of my 4K display but I haven't been able to find a solution, does anyone know what the problem is here? Thx

I don't have a 4K screen myself, so my solution might not be a solution to what you are experiencing. On the other hand, this video was posted by Autodesk themselves. Hopefully this solves it for you:
