Tried doing a paintover. Then rememberd "Oh, right, the only thing i can draw is horses"
But basically i think it's mostly there. But i'm looking at wilf scolding's eyes and his left eye is droopier than his right and his nose tilts to the left. His nose is a bit wider at the base than you have it and it slopes a little more softly into his cheeks IRL than your sculpt, based on what i can see in the shading. The shadow shapes on his portraits are different. That *could* just be lighting but i would try widening the base. Wilf also has a very square mandible. They corners of his jaw are very pronounced. Your head is a bit oval shaped where his IRL is a bit blockier. I could argue the nose might be ever so slightly too short too and needs a wider nostril. In the image above the nostril ends beyond the line of his upper lip, yours ends before that. If that's unclear i can try to draw it out again lol. I'd take your sculpt and put it next to the images above and draw lines over both and see how they line up.
I'll be doing another face pass soon, so i'll make sure to keep your feedback in mind =]
Here's my first pass on the hair, i know it doesn't match exactly, i need to re-style some of the hair-cards i think so that they form clumps at the tips, but i'm definitely happy with the script i wrote to automate the map creation. I think i want to give him a trimmed beard like the real life reference, again it doesn't exactly match the in-show character, but i think it frames his face better.
His skull feels very low and flat, I think it would help him if you gave his skull more structure and more surface going upwards. It gets really noticeable in your latest picture where his hairline is almost straight.

changes:
- made the chin a little narrower,
- pulled the chin up and made the jawline a little more shallow,
- moved the lower jaw over to the left a little,
- pulled the right nostril out a bit,
- made the fatty area of the eyebrow more prominent.

Also had a bit of time to start sculpting the cloth:

Have you considered correcting the hairline? Hair does not really grow around the face quite like that, i am afraid.
For example:

I know it is a pain to make mesh hair, but it is worth correcting, so they won't look like a wig.
