Also you can try and make a sketchfab account and put it there as well and show us the link to judge it better.

Since I am using Maya 2018, it has exactly 6098 faces for low-poly mesh that includes everything such as bolts and nuts.
Moreover, this is my UV:
Also you have ALOT of uv space that you don't use so you lose quality. You could achieve the same texture quality with half the size!
I also think exactly same thing.
Maybe I should focus more on the UV positioning.
