I am unable to get a smooth shadow

Hello Polycounter's
A Noob question. I am unable to figure out how to get a smooth shadow on my prop (If u notice inside that metal thingy). First of all, I turned on "Enable GI" to get this result. Any idea guys ?? Tnx very much for the help

Try adjusting the width setting to convert your lights to area lights, this will soften the shadows.
If shadow resolution is a problem, try using spot lights instead of directional or omni, as these have the best shadow distribution.

Also, if you can, check "High-Res Shadows". (And also, see if it looks better with "Front-Face Shadows" checked. I find it often does)
