Starting up a new Work in Progress Thread.
I've been using Public Transit all my life and currently I use the Bart up in the Bay Area to get to and from work. I wanted to try to make an environment from it.
This is my first blockout of it, rough lighting, seats; not ready to ride yet!

**UPDATE**
Seats added in, Light Panels added, Lighting updated as well.
Next is building the Inner/Outer pieces of the train.
Quick seat render in TB.
I think it's less yellow-ish in real but nice!
I also started working on the modular pieces for the train. So far the modeling is down, next comes texturing. I plan to make some simple tile able materials to use.
Polishing up the doors, windows and other pieces. I also added color to the walls, instead of pure white. I have a few more models to polish up before I go deeper in to texturing.
Started to add in the advert signs as well as some decals for some stickers in the Train Car. I'm going with the approach of Modular pieces with custom vert normals and using Tiled textures for the details with a mix of decals.
For my references to the materials colors I went onto the BART and took some reference photos. This are the color corrected results.
I also took close up photos for surface details for when I make the materials in SD.
I'm happy with how everything is coming out.
P.S.
Here is a picture of me working on my scene while on the BART! Train-ception!
Through a combination of Decals, Vertex Paint, Scattered meshes. It's a good pass, I'm almost to a content lock on the interior part of my scene.
Also here is a progression GIF, up to the latest screenshot.
I think your floor material is missing something though.. I know you're going for a really dirty look.. but I feel like there's no variation in the roughness/stickiness - and it just looks a little darker in some areas, like stained carpet. Those floors are cleaned/polished ONCE in a while, so I think making some areas looks smoother/reflect more light would add contrast to the areas that are actually stained and filthy..
I'm close to finishing this up. I'm tweaking postfx and getting camera settings finalized. Here is a new progress for the interior and the exterior.
I took @MAATT 's advice and I bumped up the roughness variation as well as I added screen space reflections to add.
I'm calling it finished! Thank you all again for all of your comments they truly have helped me make this piece better!
I also made a post about it on Artstation you can find it Here.

Will the advent of UE5 upon us, I decided to resurrect my BART Train scene. No changes to the meshes were done, this was my way of testing out the Realtime, No Bake lighting and Reflections using Lumen and Raytracing. It by far is amazing so far, Just a few settings changes and I'm able to get similar if not more realistic lighting while also being all Dynamic.
I'm going to really take a deep dive inside of UE5 for my Ruined Lands Environment!
If you want, take a look at my Artstation post, added a nice Video Render of the scene there.
