Here is real-time asset I finished this weekend. I tried to cross
Destiny-like forms with dark souls/Bloodborne inspired motiffs and Gothic Colors.
Texturing was mostly done in substance painter however the
engravings were hand-painted in Photoshop and brought in as height maps.
The base Normal map was also baked inside of SP using a high-res mesh. the new anchor points really helped a lot in getting those engravings
to work.
I learnt a ton with this but I there is alot that I can still improve, the tri-Count being one of those, as this is roughly 24k tris, But I have to move on to the next thing for now.
It uses a single 4k texture set.
