Can't find the Subdivision Axis in Maya.

I wan't to reduce the number of polygons right after adding an object. Can't seem to find that option.

    Click on "pCylinderShape4" in the channel box on the right. Or see the same tab in the attribute editor on the right.

    It might be worth watching some early tutorials.

    I did click, and nothing appears. I tried doing something from a tutorial ( a low-poly model) but can't do what the person showing did. Obviously I'm a beginner ,so probably it's a dumb question, but now I need all the help I need :smiley:

    You have construction history turned off, so all actions are "final" in this mode. With history on, you'll have a polyCylinder input node in the channel box like you're probably seeing in tutorials.
