Leading Back - concept based on a song

A musician I know (Ripley Stirling) shared a WIP of a song he was working on last night, and it inspired me to paint something. This is not an illustration of the song, it's what I "saw" when I listened with my eyes closed.
It's been about 8 months since I had time to do any personal work and YEARS since I allowed myself to be inspired to make something original, so this seemed like a good starting point to get back into the groove. I've never attempted anything like this. I'm pretty happy with the result and will definitely be doing more original/conceptual pieces in the future!
