Hello, I have question about retopology in Maya.
I have been taught to sculpt a character model with open mouth but I had no idea how to close the mouth. After some time and some videos that I saw I finally found out that I need to open the mouth to sculpt inside and then I can close it in zBrush while sculpting so my question is how to retopology the mouth inside in Maya? I tried to search it on the internet and the only one way I found is to extrude the polygons from outside to inside the mouth but I am not sure if its they way I should use.

if the char will be animated make sure the lips have the right shape on the inside... there should be space for the teeth...
