Mimic Productions is looking for a Studio Assistant to join our team in Wedding as soon as possible
The
Studio Manager is responsible for answering phone calls, researching
and acquiring new technical equipment, supplying the office with
everything from petty cash and groceries to new furniture and
appliances, coordinating third-party services, overseeing
international logistics and local deliveries, maintaining basic
tidiness around the office, updating calendars and office management
documents (including contracts), and providing all freelancers with
the serial numbers/licenses/passwords they need for all relevant
software.
Native-level
German and fluent English are required.
