Which tablet for Zbrush?

I used to have a really old bamboo but it doesn't work on windows 10 I tried everything...  
So I'm thinking about buying a new one, I like the CTL-490 looks very different to the ones I'm used to see and in the amazon reviews people use it for Photoshop or writing. I'm more used to something like the CTL-470.  What do you recommend?

    I reckon there is no need to go fancy with a tablet unless you are stepping over to a cintiq. I have 2 bamboos running on win 10 and a newer comic tablet. The tablet is app sensitive so with zbrush it steps over to a central pad operation area. Also pretty affordable.

    Ok thanks I bought the cheapest wacom, I really liked my old one but it's a CTH-460 and I tried to uninstall drivers and reinstalling and following tutorials ecc but just can't make it working on W10.
