Hi,

Currently about to embark on creating a character rigging pipeline for a personal project. Have several characters that are sharing the same topology.  If you currently work in AAA that works fine as the contract is open to part time as well. At that point you would review ongoing work and point us in the right direction over X amount of paid hours.

Need someone to help me work through the pipeline and rigging/setting a character up. Using Maya 2017(or earlier) and UE4. 

Experience with:
Non cartoon human rigging in Maya for UE4
ArtV1 and or ArtV2 (not totally required but it would be nice)
Helper bones (I don't entirely want to use corrective blend shapes If I don't have to)
Facial rigging (bone based or sculpted blend shapes but may prefer bone based rig)

If you have experience developing pipelines that use shared topology to rig across several characters with different proportions that is a plus. Faceware experience is a plus.
