Looks like a good start.

A few things :

He looks super tall. Maybe double check the proportions, unless it was on purpose. His head looks small and his legs looks huge I think.
It's a bit weird that he his very thin in the abs area but it feels like he has some fat on his oblique area.
I would look at how shoulder anatomy is supposed to be because clavicles are definitely not made that way

He should be super tall and a little bit disproportional, to create a feeling of an extraterrestrial being, which stand above all over vampires. I'm gonna recheck other things, thx for this)
