If this is gonna be posted/game res I'd consider how thick the tentacles are. atm they look like if they moved any further inwards they'd collide with each other. I love the pistol on our left but they make a very jarring silhouette when the rest is quite cohesive, i'd consider relocating them somewhere
@Brian "Panda" Choi Ah thanks, I don't have a reference really, I'm conceptioning myself. I was inspired by ursula and some other characters along the way.
@Jarran I want to just keep one of them, Either I keep detailing the right one to see if it fits, or I move forward with he left hand. So far I like the left gun the most myself, and it seems to be the interesting one. So I might just keep working on that one.

Hmm, I would say make the snake wave start harder from the root of the tentacles then to make the action have a clearer initial read.
