Desktop PC recommandations for gaming/modeling

Hello everyone,
My current computer, made mainly for gaming, is starting to age, and it's difficult to work in decent conditions.
I kind of know what to prioritize for a gaming PC, but I am lost when it comes to a more professional hardware. I mainly use 3DSMAX/Zbrush/Substance softwares for real time work.
What do you think would be best for a medium/high end build these days ?
