So i have set out to make a small modular UE4 scene, centered around a form of sewer dungeon.
Here is what i got so far, the textures aren't finished yet, but just there for reference so far. They will be detailed later

Was thinking of keeping this thread updated with my progress, questions and to hear all of your feedback

My first question, im wondering how i would go about unwrapping something like this?

Right now i got one big stone floor texture, which fills up the entire UV area. Im not quite sure how i would make both meshes tile and still be able to texture the metalic grid in the center? Should i make a texture sheet with multiple textures inside it? Like stone, wood, metal in one texture/map?
