Mars Expedition Commander: Dr. Martin (would love critiques)

Latest character here. This was based on a concept drawing by the very talented Alexandra Hodgson (www.artstation.com/alexandrahodgson). Right away you might notice the discrepancy of his hair. I spent about 10 hours messing with hair cards and various shaders but I just wasn't able to get the right look for it. I'm pretty happy with how the beard came out, so when I had the contrast of the mediocre hair and the much better looking beard I just decided to drop it go with the bald head; might revisit the head of hair at a later date.
Anyway, really tried to push myself on this one and correct everything that I've done wrong on past projects. I hope you enjoy him and I would love to get some feedback
