Right there's always a lot of polish work to a complete 3D model, but it's great to begin with the large general shape, esp cartoony anatomy... What is the best engine for converting a scanned work of art into a 3D model?
I think the closest you'll find to that is Moment of Inspiration but converting a full image isn't going to happen. (or at least very well)
Also did anyone play this game? It was seriously cool, you'd draw out the monsters you play as, but each could only have so many abilities that you would need to progress. This person seems to be trying to create something that isn't an abomination, 3/10. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4_0-s9rZQY
