What is cheaper, model made whole, or separate?

So I have been wanting a dragon model, I have post something in the freelancer job tab. Basically I asked for an all in 1 model:
Model made, texture, sliders, rigged for animation, and more. 

When I post it I was thinking to my self, is it cheaper, if I find someone that does the model, someone else texture it, and someone else rig it?
Or would it be cheaper if I do it all at the same person?

What do you guys think~?

Probably be a hell of a lot easier asking the same person to model and texture it. You also might get a difference in quality and art style with separate people.

model and texture for sure. But if they are a specialised modeller, they might not be able to rig it for you
