Hi guys,
I have an object within a semi transparent sphere.
The sphere seems to block all GI, so everything within it (the entire scene) is just black.
It's very clear if I have "Show voxels" on. As soon as I disable the big sphere everything is within, it looks fine.
Is there anything I can do to make GI run within objects as well?
I have 3 spheres surrounding the asset.
2 of them are using alpha cutout (the hexagonal shield grid) and they seem to work fine.
1 is a very subtle "add" supposed to add a fresnel showing the rest of the shield.
Setting it to "refraction" like the hexagons arent transparent enough to make the subtle rim I am after.
What can I do?

1. What version of TB3 are you using? I know we fixed an issue with additive blending and GI at some point, so make sure you're on the latest public release (3.02). You can try the 3.03 beta by joining the TB3 user group on FB as well: https://www.facebook.com/groups/ToolbagUserGroup/
2. What blending mode are you using? I assume additive but want to make sure.
Thanks for getting back to me.
I am on 3.02, but I will try the beta - didn't know that existed, so thats for pointing it out!
Yes, correct.
I use "additive" for the ones that doesnt work. The "cutout" works fine.
