Problems with normal maps

HI, Im trying to bake normal maps on a low poly but I always get this ugly normal maps someone knows how to fix this?

Make sure these edges on your low poly mesh are correctly set to smooth and not hard edges. What does the model look like without a normal map in the Painter viewport?

Yes, so your mesh has normal issues in the first place, make sure all your vertices are correctly welded and your edges are smoothed properly coming out of Maya.
