[QUESTION] How to create ID map with Zbrush

Hey guys,

I’ve recently been using Zbrush for few days now in order to learn the basics of sculpting. This way I started creating a sci-fi tank as a training session. But I recently came across a problem regarding my workflow. Let me describe what I did first:

-          High poly Sculpting of the tank with Zbrush (2.2M Polygons)

-          Creating polygroups on the high detailed version that i want to bake as ID Map with Substance Painter

-          Retopology of the HP mesh to a lower version using TopoGun2 (around 1000 Polygons )

-          Then I used the project function of Zbrush to project to HP details to the low poly one

-          I've been creating the UV and the normal map for the low poly version.

Here is my problem, I would keep on going with my tank by texturing it, but I don’t know how to create my ID map that would help me painting it with Substance Painter. In fact my low poly version doesn’t have any polygroup ( as you can see on the pic ) due to the fact that it has been projected.
Is there a way to create an ID Map based on my High Poly version. ( I've never done this before so i don't have any idea )

I would really appreciate your help.
Thank you.

Best regards,
Alexandre
