Hia!
Is it possible to have a World Aligned Texture that has POM? Both seem to only take Texture Object inputs, meaning that you can plug on into the other (either way around). Perhaps there is a way to blend their effects together?

Use the checkbox "use world coordinates" on the parallax function. And then you can define the texture size with "manual texture size" parameter.
