Clean up Geometry -3ds max help

Hello,
I am looking for someone who has a good understand of 3ds max and especially troubleshooting errors like "degenerate triangles that are co-linear" 

I am creating a custom map for Shogun2 in 3ds max and when I try to pass it through the converter through the game I get nonstop errors. I find the verts and try to fix them but ill have to admit I dont really know the best way... i kinda just cut in more triangles.. and its really just guess work for me.

I'm looking for someone who could help me fix all these issues,

3DS max 2010 would be a huge plus, although I can also save as 2012,2013 and 2014 i believe.

    Now we apparently  have 100 of these to fix:

    and i have no idea what some of these errors mean
    I was able to go through with STL check and clean some stuff up.

    Im using xview now and it helps show some errors, others are just highlighted areas that look fine to me. and its a huge project size so its slow.

    Made it through the bulk of those and it let me get to the next errors, (wish we had a spoiler option? cuz here comes a wall of text ) an example reads like this:

    So now we need to find regions that dont have enough verts, and compare the mountain layer, ground type, and regions layer to make sure verts arent too close to one another ... right on!... really lookin for someone to take the reigns here.
