Solved: Quixel License Email - Deactivate License Button does not work

So my recently my ip has reset, and I need to reactivate my Quixel licenses. However when I try to activate over the internet, it says the license server cannot be reached. This has happened before and normally I can deactivate the current licenses, from the email license manager sends you.

However this time the deactivate license button is not working, and is no longer a link:



I've submitted a ticket on the Quixel site, but as I know the support team doesn't work on weekends. I was wondering if there was another way to reactivate my licenses?

Try managing your licenses from the Dashboard. The e-mail system might have had a small quirk that kept it from functioning correctly for you.
