Hey guys, I'd like to start being more active here so I though I'd start posting progress updates on this new project I just started, Thief, based on a concept by Mizael Tengu. Here's the original illustration it's based on:

This is my progress so far:

I'm pretty happy with how she looks so far, although there's something a bit off about the hips still. I started with more realistic proportions and then exaggerated them, maybe a bit too far?
Any comments and criticism is welcome!

Blocking continues, very happy with it so far!
Progressing slow but steady (haven't had as much time to work on this as I'd have liked..)
I think I'm just about ready to start posing her
Started posing. I had to make some adjustments to her anatomy, made the head a bit smaller and the breasts bigger, to match the concept art.
Keep up
-Add little sharp wrinkles in the remaining cloth except the pants and also make the sword/long dagger as it have simple shapes and shading in the concept is going to be fast.
-Make sure both feets are in the same height to match the concept, despite that it´s a strange pose as aanselmo say.
-Make her a little smile and/or make the little piercing that have as an optional and small detail.
Aside from that, good representation!
@Koromo I'm going to do all of that stuff eventually! I'll probably start working on the knife next.
Good to know
Getting there...
I fiddled with the pose a bit, and added a really rough knife, will refine it next.
@aanselmo Oh I see now, I actually found out that's mostly just a shadow caused by zbrush's weird lighting, but I adjusted the wedgie a bit anyways
I think she's just about ready for polypaint!

I'm going to move on to new projects now. Some thoughts: I'm pretty happy with the result, in hindsight I could have exaggerated the pose even more to match the concept art better, but it might have looked unnatural.
Even though I don't plan to work on this anymore, I'd still appreciate comments so I can learn to be even better in the future! Thanks!
